Section titled “Meetings”- Meeting Schedule: General meetings are held on the last Saturday of every month.
- Mandatory Attendance: Attendance is compulsory for all household heads / residents.
- Gate Lockdown: During meeting hours, the estate exit gate is locked to prevent departure until the meeting concludes.
- Emergency Departure Authorization: Gate opening during ongoing meetings can only be authorized by the Association Chairman or Vice Chairman.
