- Vandalism: Vandalizing estate property is prohibited and subject to immediate police prosecution.
- Guest Accountability: Residents are legally and financially liable for the actions, damages, and cleanup costs caused by their guests or visitors.
- Common Area Obstructions: Hallways, exits, stairwells, and parking bays must remain free of obstructions.
- Garbage Standards: Trash must be secured in bin bags inside tightly closed dustbins.
- Illegal Substances: Possession, sale, or use of illegal drugs or cannabis (indian hemp) is strictly prohibited and reported to law enforcement.
- Firearms & Lethal Weapons: Unlawful possession or display of firearms or lethal weapons (knives, switchblades, bows, machetes) is prohibited and subject to criminal prosecution.
